Get your hair really wet (more wet than you're used to) then rub across your hair 3-6 times. Scrub into a lather.
If you want more lather, you can pop your head back under the water for a second and get it more wet and you'll feel more lather.
Conditioner Instructions:
Apply the conditioner to the really wet ends of your hair. It only takes 2-3 swipes for most people, work into your hair, allow to sit for 2-5 minutes and rinse out.
To refill your SeaBar you simply twist the white Pusher Piece back down to the bottom, and push your Refill in, flat side up.

I was skeptical before I used Sea Bar because I have very thick long hair, but I was pleasantly surprised when I got good lather and coverage from the shampoo and conditioner with only a few swipes of each container. I like using it at home and for travel. Best of all, using Sea Bar helps to keep our planet plastic free.
I bought this to replace my normal shampoo/conditioner. I had tried Lush solid shampoo before and been unimpressed. this is such a different product it's not even a fair comparison - SeaBar has made my hair softer and stronger. it's very easy to use in its stick format, has no strong scents that overwhelm me, and leaves my hair and scalp feeling super clean each time I use it.
I’ve been using Seabar for years. Bellingham my hair was extremely coiley. Moving to Santa Fe NM where it’s super super dry, my hair is more relaxed and curly without the coils. I love the sea tree tea tree oil one best. My scalp is less itchy when I use it.
My hair felt so soft after the conditioner and my flakes are gone!!! Love that it can also be used as a leave in! Hope you come out with a curl cream or gel soon!
I’m a dog sitter and travel often and stay at various homes. I found Seabar at a farmers market in Snohomish, WA. It has literally changed my life. I love its “no mess” convenience and it’s a great product. I try to be as environmentally aware as possible. I’m not sure the plastic dome top is necessary as it gets thrown away. It’s way better than the bar shampoos I’ve tried. I’m hoping there will be a bar lotion version one day.

The shampoo makes my scalp feel clean and product buildup on my hair gets removed gently. The conditioner does an amazing job de-tangling my hair without being heavy and to much moisture. I will definitely buy more. It also lasts. I am still on my first purchase and used it a lot. I went with the seatree. It smells clean and makes my scalp tingle in a good way. I am very pleased! A year ago, i started bar shampoo and conditioner bars, i loved them but noticed a problem. They become hard to hold and apply the less there is left, I have been looking for a conditioner bar that doesn't become hard to hold after awhile. I bought the tea tree scented shampoo and conditioner a few weeks ago to try out on my summer travels. So far it's a huge success! It lathers up great and I really like how it feels. Honestly, my hair feels cleaner than with other shampoos, and silky soft. I have curly/wavy hair, pretty short. More than anything, I really like that it is environmentally conscious, that it makes travel a breeze, and that I can refill the bars at a local store!

This product is so great I bought three sets to give as gifts. It saves space, is TSA friendly, I don't react to fragrance, it works amazing on my way hair, my daughters very curly hair and my sons straight hair. It helps to clean the ocean through their trash clean-up pledge and reduces packaging via refills. Also, shipping less water saves on reduced weight which reduces fossil fuel use. The owner is super nice too! It's a win all the way around.
In trying to use less plastic, I’ve purchased shampoo and conditioner bars from various suppliers and have been totally disappointed in the way they left my fine hair feeling like straw (looking like it, too!) Sea Bar leaves my hair feeling clean and soft and looking good…thanks for making a product that actually works great!
I was hopeful for the environment but am very unhappy and was going to request a refund. Doesn't lather up enough for my hair and couldn't get the conditioner to untangle my curls (I always use a pick with conditioner in while I am in the shower). I tried it twice and put back in the box - happy to return. I had shoulder surgery, otherwise would have done this a while back. I think the product is a great idea and if recipe gets updated would try again. Thank you
After three weeks of consistently using Sea Bar, my scalp was forming a layer and started to scab. I might have a sensitivity to an ingredient and I am not sure what. This is by no mean an indicator that this is a bad product. I went back to the powder shampoo (tea tree) and my scalp is happy again. Every individual responds differently to products and you just have to try it out.

I found this product at a vegan outdoor festival. I had been looking for a new shampoo/conditioner bar. I had tried other bars, but they either don't last in the shower or the conditioner ones are too hard to even use.
I've tried a similar contraption for deoderant, but it was made of cardboard and would fall apart. The outside of this contraption is plastic, but you can refill them so easily. I have already refilled the conditioner once and continue to use it.
These are not only well made contraptions for use in the shower, but the product smells good and feels good in my hair as well.
I love the tingle I get from the SeaTree!!! Same great product I love but with the added bonus of a little follicular buzz! I'm hooked AND picking up ocean trash at the same time that I get my buzz on!
