FAQs
This could be two things.
1) Your hair isn't wet enough. Because SeaBar relies on the water from your shower, you have to get your hair more wet than you may expect.
TIP: After applying SeaBar to your hair, dip it back under the shower for 1/2 a second and finish lathering.
2) New
It can happen that your SeaBar gets slightly stuck in the applicator. The best way to deal with this is to gently twist the bottom of the applicator to the right, no more than 1/4 turn at a time. Wait for a few seconds this can allow the bar to become unstuck without breaking the applicator.
Warming the applicator up with your hands or a hair dryer can make this even easier to get it unstuck.
This could be two things.
1) Is it a new bar?
If it's a new bar it is likely that the applicator broke. Sometime when using 100% recycled plastic it is weaker and can break. Contact customer support at hello@seabar.com for help getting a replacement.
2) Did you just refill your SeaBar?
If your SeaBar had been working before you refilled it then odds are you removed the white pusher piece that twists up and down to advance the bar. If you still have it you can replace it, if not we offer free replacements HERE
